We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are limited.

Returns

Products may only be returned if:

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The product is in its original sealed packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products

  • Damaged items not caused by us

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The returned product meets all conditions

  • The item is defective or incorrect

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
